Sag Harbor Sailing has been renting boats and offering sailing instructions since 1997. Countless novices and adult beginners have come to learn the craft and gone on to either buy their own boats or return to rent from Sag Harbor. Every year improvements are made to the fleet to ensure that your sailing experience is as perfect as can be.

Adult Beginner classes are offered on weekends from mid-spring to mid-fall, and private lessons are available as well. Sag Harbor Sailing also offers advanced courses and a certification class that meets the requirements for licensing in every state.

In addition to teaching students how to sail and providing a number of boats that can be rented for a day of fun on the water, Sag Harbor Sailing also offers fishing charters. Their expert captain knows what fish are most abundant during each season and can help novice anglers catch more than they’ve ever reeled in before!
