Bio:  LAURA CILIOTTA

I am a trainer specializing in the special needs population.  I began my business part-time in the evenings and quickly realized that this was where I belonged! 

What defines me as a trainer? 

My goal every day is to bring value into the lives of our clients by helping them achieve their heath goals.  I truly enjoy giving back and seeing people happy.  When a family expresses how happy their child is and how they look forward to their workout, THAT’S what defines me.

I truly enjoy working with special needs clients, either in their home, their yard or at a local park.  Each person has their own specific workout, tailored to their likes and abilities.  Seeing progress and confidence levels grow is what makes my day…every day!  There is no better feeling of reward.  This is my community – this is my passion.

All our trainers are fully certified, CPR/AED Certified, insured and vaccinated!   We clean our equipment after each use and are PPE prepared.
