Created by Stephan Kay in 1988, this 18-hole private golf course offers a variety of shot-making and thoughtful course management choices. It plays 6,462 yards from the longest tees and has a par 60 value. There are six par-3 holes, but there are also ponds that form water hazards, large and undulating greens, and tree-lined fairways that become narrow at times. Practice facilities, an indoor/outdoor driving range and other amenities include an upgraded Pro shop that offers video analysis, a new golf cart fleet, a newly installed IT system, tennis and swimming. The recently renovated 58,000 square-foot clubhouse boasts a restaurant that features world-class cuisine and catering services for weddings and other special events. An elegant ballroom, fireplace room and views from every angle are all first-class. The separate full bar and a snack bar are available for those desiring a slightly less formal dining environment. National tournaments are often on the docket.
