Volunteers for Wildlife is a non-profit volunteer organization, established in 1982, dedicated to preserving Long Island's wildlife and natural habitats. They operate a Wildlife Hospital and Education Center at Bailey Arboretum where they work to rehabilitate sick, injured and displaced wildlife. Educational programs that are interesting, interactive, and fun are used promote environmental awareness and responsibility and are available to groups, large or small.
