I want some opinions on Long Island highways

On Long island we have quite a few different big highways (L.I.E, Sunrise, Southern State, etc.) In your opinion which one is the worst to get stuck on during rush hour?
I've always hated how short the entrance ramps are on Southern State. In bumper to bumper traffic no one wants to let you in. The L.I.E. is nice because of the HOV lane but if you're by yourself you're just out of luck.

They're all pretty awful. When I was in school I used to make the 25 mile trek home using 25A if I had to leave during rush hour because it was actually less of a hassle than trying to take the highway.
