Live Art Fusion in Huntington

Heard about this speed art and live music event every Wednesday night at the 841 East Lounge in Huntington on Jericho turnpike. Thought that was a fascinating idea, so went to check it out...

There were some really talented artists speed painting... the music was great too. The crowd was mature (over 30) and varied. The bartender was friendly...but the bar was kind of small. There was also a large covered outdoor area with seating in the back.
I am looking forward to going back with a few artsy friends! Noticed there was a tapas menu, but I didn't try the food yet, so not sure how that is.

Has anyone else checked this place out?

I heard about this. I think they're doing the same thing somewhere in the Hamptons. This really sounds like my kind of thing! I'm always looking for new art to admire and be inspired by.
