Help Needed From LI's Shrimp Lovers

I am an over-the-top shrimp lover but for as much as I love it I get tired of eating the same styles over and over again. So, fellow shrimp lovers, I need some recommendations on the best places to get a unique shrimp dish.
I recently tried Baja Grill's Los Cabos Shrimp Wrap and it was out of this world! Shrimp, saffron rice, cheese, corn salsa and mango salsa. It's my new favorite anything.
So, where do YOU go for the best shrimp?

Monsoon in Babylon has this great rock shrimp tempura in a spicy mayo suace, and Kashi in Huntington has a few nice rolls. I think it was the American Dream roll I had last time- rock shrimp tempura , topped w. spicy lobster and kani, in a spicy creamy sauce.

I've had the paella many times (shrimp, lobster, etc in classic spanish rice dish) at Don Ricardo's in Babylon Village... excellent! Oh and great margaritas too... ;)
