The warmer weather is here & because we never hard a good hard freeze last winter, dogs that are condemned to LIVE OUTSIDE are in danger of being infected with the assorted diseases related to forcing them to live on chains, with no shelter, no food - OUTDOORS - Please help, if you can, in any way that is right for you. Share a conversation or volunteer to help with outreach in the community. Donate the FLEA - TICK & MOSQUITO prevention aids to your rescue group of choice.
These Long Island advocacy groups are in the neighborhoods every day. Finding LOST PETS, treating dogs on chains or maintaining a feral colony - Please help, however you can. Every little bit means so, so much - These groups operate with an all volunteer staff & no buildings to house the pets they save - they are in desperate need of FOSTER homes & adopters -

Let's all help another great LOCAL organization doing good things - Please share 3 Dogs and a Biscuit's PAGE? The more people on this page, the more donations going to rescues or to the "last treat" donation we do to the ACC Harlem dogs! How cool is this? CATpaign. On the 11th of each month make a donation to an animal shelter of your choice and ONLY if you do - hit LIKE on THIS post. The next day they add up all the LIKEs X 11 and see how much has been donated all over the world. It's up to you, but you can also post what shelter you donated to and where, BUT it will be the LIKEs used to tally up the amount. For some shelters receiving a donation of $11.00 can make the difference in whether or not some of my friends eat very much that week. Your local shelter cannot survive without YOU! MEOW!
