The recent release of the NY State test scores are creating a firestorm all over NY state. So many children worked so hard last year and now they' re being told they are failures. It is time for parents to stand up, take back control of their schools and protect their childrens' right to a fair and decent education. Refuse the state test this year. And learning is much more than a test score!
