Flower Hill, NY - January 2nd, 2015 - The Third Squad is investigating a Burglary that occurred on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 10:30 am in Flower Hill.

According to detectives a 78 year old female victim was upstairs in her Center Drive home when she heard a loud crash coming from downstairs. The victim walked downstairs onto the main floor and observed a sliding glass door shattered. The victim then observed a large tan SUV (unknown make or model) parked in her driveway with the motor running and a male white in his twenties, dressed in all black,  light brown hair, carrying a sack enter the vehicle and flee the scene southbound on Center Drive. Proceeds were assorted jewelry and coins.  There were no reported injuries.
