Patchogue, NY - January 2, 2014 - Suffolk County Commissioner of Health Services Dr. James Tomarken announced that the county will cancel all county health center and mental health clinic appointments scheduled for after 5 p.m. today and before 12 p.m. tomorrow due to forecasts of hazardous weather conditions.  Medical, family planning, and WIC patients may call 631-439-1551 to reschedule. Mental health clinic patients may call 631-853-8500 to reschedule.
