The Third Squad Detectives are investigating an incident that occurred on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at approximately 4:30 pm in Westbury.
According to detectives, an unknown male suspect approached two fourteen-year-old female victims in the vicinity of Post Avenue and Union Avenue. The male suspect made inappropriate advances towards both female juveniles and began to follow them southbound on Post Avenue. The suspect then noticed one of the victim’s parents and immediately turned around, fleeing north on Post Avenue towards Old Westbury.
The suspect is described as approximately 40 years old and wearing a black jacket with tan pants.
