Freeport, NY - January 6, 2015 - The Special Victims Squad reports the arrest of a Freeport man at 3:40pm on Monday, January 5, 2014 for an Assault that occurred in Freeport.
According to Detectives, on January 1, 2015, the female victim, age 2 ½ years, while in the care of defendant Wilson Reyes, 21, of Freeport did sustain physical non-life threatening injuries requiring her to receive medical attention from a local hospital.
Defendant Wilson Reyes is charged with Assault 2nd Degree and will be arraigned on Tuesday, January 06, 2015 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
