The awards program creates a platform that brings exposure to individuals who are positive role models within their communities, while providing an opportunity for others to be inspired and motivated.   The YGB Entrepreneurial Awards Program is the brainchild of Mr. Carl O. Gray, President & CEO of  The NetLinkz Group, Inc.

The NetLinkz Group, Inc. provides management-consulting services to entities involved in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Gray described the YGB Entrepreneurial awards program as “a labor of love” on a recent internet radio interview with On Point Experience. His feeling is that the awards programs shines a light on average and accomplish individuals who exemplify an entrepreneurial spirit. A common thread among the honorees is their journey towards the Continued Pursuit of Success.  It is this spirit of tenacity shown by each honoree that the program celebrates with the hope that it inspires others to pursue a similar path to entrepreneurial success.
