The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Serious Auto Accident that occurred on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 9:09 pm in North Long Beach.
According to Detectives, a 59-year-old male pedestrian was crossing Austin Boulevard near the intersection of Florida Avenue where he was struck by a 2012 Honda Accord being operated by a 46-year-old female. The pedestrian was transported to a local area hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
The driver remained at scene. No other injuries reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
