A motocross facility in Ronkonkoma that provided a legal place for dirtbikers and ATV riders to tear it up without getting hassled by the police is closing down at the end of the month. 10th Street Motocross announced the news on its Facebook page.
“It’s with a heavy heart that we need to share the unfortunate news,” the company shared. “We had hoped this day wouldn’t come, but our last day at our current location is officially 01/31/23. We thank you for your support all these years. This isn’t a goodbye, but see ya later.”
According to a write-up on riderplanet-usa.com, 10th Street Motocross was a private club with three tracks for all skill levels. The company offered memberships and day passes along with summer training camps.
