Three Alleged Drug Dealers Arrested Following Police, Homeland Security Investigation

An extensive investigation was conducted into narcotics sales with the assistance of the Floral Park Police Department and Homeland Security Investigations, NCPD says.

The Narcotics/Vice Squad reports the arrest of three (3) males for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance that occurred between Thursday, December 19, 2024 through Thursday, January 16, 2025 in Nassau County.
 
According to Narcotics/Vice Squad Detectives, after an extensive investigation was conducted into narcotics sales with the assistance of the Floral Park Police Department and Homeland Security Investigations, the following individuals were arrested:
 
Defendant Anthony W. Grassi, 28, of 46 Ward Street, Floral Park is charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree, two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, eight counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree.
 
Defendant Anthony Rinaldi, 44, of 23 Waldorf Avenue, Elmont is charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree.
 
Defendant Robert Kuno, 23, of 135 Mayfair Avenue, Floral Park is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree and two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree.
 
All three defendants will be arraigned on Friday, January 17, 2025 at First District Court 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
