Olympic Gold Medalists Meet with Young Swimmers in Huntington

Huntington, NY - January 20, 2016 - This past weekend the Huntington YMCA hosted the Fitter and Faster swim clinic tour. Participants had the unique opportunity to learn from Olympic Gold Medalists Davis Tarwater and Lauren Purdue. The clinic focused on teaching swimmers techniques for a more efficient butterfly and improving turn-speed and executing more powerful breakouts. Legislator William R. Spencer, M.D. was thrilled to meet up with the Olympians who inspire our youth to reach their goals as swimmers!
