Centereach, NY - January 22nd, 2014 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who used counterfeit money at a fast food restaurant in Centereach earlier this month.
A customer placed an order at McDonald’s, located at 1724 Middle Country Road, and paid for the food using a counterfeit $20 bill on January 8 at 9:15 p.m.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
