NCPD: Armed Robber Flees Uniondale Liquor Store with Register Drawer, Bottles of Booze

Uniondale, NY - January 23, 2017 - The First Squad is investigating a Robbery which occurred on Monday, January 22, 2018 at 10:55 A.M. in Uniondale.
 
According to detectives, the 55 year old male victim was working as a cashier at Uniondale Liquors, located at 1085 Front Street, when a male black suspect entered the store and pointed a silver revolver at the victim. The suspect demanded the money from the register and forced the victim to open it. The suspect then grabbed the entire drawer from the register and took two bottles of liquor. Suspect fled westbound on Front Street with an undetermined amount of cash and the two bottles of Cognac. No injuries were reported.
 
The subject is described as being approximately 6’0 tall, 210 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie, black jeans and a black ski-mask with a black stripe.
