January 27, 2015 - Islip, NY - As the blizzard continues, the Islip Town Board reminds residents that parking vehicles on TOWN roadways is PROHIBITED DURING SNOW EMERGENCIES, and that cars can be parked on lawns. This is extremely helpful as plows continue the arduous task of clearing streets.
In addition, if you are trying to reach Public Safety at 631-224-5306, and are having trouble, please REDIAL again, and you should get through. And just a reminder that ALL snow-related calls should be made to the Emergency Call Center at 631-595-3595.
