Victim Robbed at Gunpoint While Walking Dog in Farmingdale, Cops Say

Farmingdale, NY - January 28, 2019 - Second Squad detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred on Friday, January 25, 2019 at 8:40 pm in Farmingdale.
 
According to detectives, while walking a dog in the back parking lot of the Fairfield apartment complex on Conklin Street, a male, 21 and a female, 20, were approached by a male black subject who displayed a silver gun, pointed it at the male victim and took a chain from his neck. The subject then fled on foot towards Conklin Street.
 
The uninjured victim and his girlfriend further described the subject as being 5’10” tall and 160 pounds. He was wearing a dark blue jacket, dark colored pants and an aquamarine colored mask partially covering his face.
