Man Makes Off with $1,200 Drone from Westbury Electronics Store, Cops Say

NCPD are investigating a Grand Larceny that occurred in Westbury.

Westbury, NY - January 31, 2019 - Third Squad detectives are investigating a Grand Larceny that occurred on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 7:40 p.m. in Westbury.
 
According to detectives, an employee while working at the Micro Center, located at 655 Merrick Avenue, noticed a missing drone from a display case. After reviewing security footage it was determined an unknown male had taken the drone, valued at $1249.00, and exited the store without paying for it.
 
The suspect is described as a male white with short brown hair, approximately 6 feet tall, 185 pounds, wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.
