Friends of Karen Names Two to Long Island Advisory Board
Port Jefferson, NY - Febraury 2, 2015 - Friends of Karen is pleased to welcome two new members to its Long Island Advisory Board. Rosalie Labbate, a Licensed Real Estate salesperson with Douglas Elliman’s Bayside-based Lopresto Labbate team, has been involved in the mortgage originations and real estate industry for more than 30 years.
She is currently Director of the Long Island Board of Realtors/Northeast Queens Chapter and has served in a previous capacity as Secretary and Director from 2006 to 2014, chaired their Charity Committee from 2006-2013, which led to her professional relationship with Friends of Karen. She is a resident of Northeast Queens.

Dr. Martin Kluger, has created the The Center for Behavioral Health in Great Neck, NY and Teaneck, NJ where he has assembled a team of psychotherapists with a wide range of specialties treating children, adults, families and couples through life's various obstacles. The Centers have been in business for more than thirty years.
Friends of Karen, with offices in Port Jefferson, Manhattan and Westchester, New York provides emotional, financial and advocacy support to families with a child with cancer or another life-threatening illness, in order to help keep them stable, functioning, and able to cope. Since 1978, they have assisted more than 13,500 children.
