An insanely lucky Saratoga County woman made the score of a lifetime when she picked up a winning New York State Lottery ticket from a local convenience store.
According to Lottery officials, Jessica Koonce of Clifton Park hit the top prize on a $10,000 A Week For Life scratch-off ticket, purchased at the Stewart’s Shops located at 246 South Street in Mechanicville.
The winner opting to receive annual lifetime payments of $338,520, following required withholdings; a minimum payout of $10 million is guaranteed.
