Man Sprays Victim with Pepper Spray and Flees Scene; Police Seeking Public's Help to ID the Perp
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Third Precinct Crime Section officers are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who sprayed another man with noxious material in January.
Following a verbal dispute outside 44 East Main Street in Bay Shore on January 26 at approximately 12:10 a.m., one man sprayed another man with pepper spray. The suspect fled in a white GMC Yukon. The victim was transported to South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore for non-life-threatening injuries.
