Nassau County Fugitive Squad Officers Bust Two Wanted in Connection with South Carolina Attempted Murder

David Mills, 40, and Brittney Dawn Hunter, 32, are both charged with being Fugitives from Justice and will be arraigned on Friday, February 14.

The Fugitive Squad reports the arrest of two South Carolina individuals for an Attempted Murder that occurred in Horry County, South Carolina.
 
According to Detectives, after an extensive investigation, the Nassau County Fugitive Squad in conjunction with the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force responded to an East Meadow residence located on Lenox Avenue seeking two subjects with arrest warrants for Attempted Murder and Aggravated Assault out of South Carolina.
 
Defendants David Mills, 40 of 288 Bellgrove Drive, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Brittney Dawn Hunter, 32, of 4327 Red Rooster Lane, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina were both placed under arrest without incident. 
 
Defendants David Mills and Brittney Dawn Hunter are both charged with being Fugitives from Justice and will be arraigned on Friday, February 14, 2025 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead. They will then be processed for extradition back to Horry County, South Carolina.
