The Fourth Squad reports an arrest for an incident that occurred at 10:26am on Monday, February 13, 2023 in Oceanside.
According to Detectives, on Monday, February 13, 2023 Defendant Tamel T. Dixon, 33, of 41 Bauer Avenue Roosevelt while part of a group chat with minors on Snapchat did send inappropriate pictures and messages to those under the age of seventeen years.
Subsequent to the investigation, the Defendant surrendered to Detectives at the Fourth Precinct at 5:00pm on Thursday, February 16, 2023.
Defendant Tamel T. Dixon is charged with Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors 1st Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He will be arraigned on Friday, February 17, 2023 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
