SCPD have arrested Nicholas Marino of Selden, 28, for robbing a bank.

Bohemia, NY - February 20, 2019 - Suffolk County Police have arrested a Selden man for robbing a Bohemia bank last month.
 
On Monday, January 14, a man entered Capital One, located at 4110 Veterans Memorial Highway, at 9:43 a.m., approached a teller and presented a note demanding cash. The teller complied with the man’s demands and gave him cash from the drawer. The man fled on foot eastbound on Veterans Memorial Highway and then southbound on Corporate Drive.
 
Following an investigation, Major Case Unit detectives arrested Nicholas Marino on February 18. Marino, 28, was charged with Robbery 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and False Personation. He is scheduled for arraignment at First District Court in Central Islip today.
 
A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
