SCPD Searching for Mastic Beach Robbery Witness

Mastic Beach, NY - February 26th, 2015 - Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Seventh Squad detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man who may have witnessed a robbery in Mastic Beach last month.
 
A man entered a convenience store and demanded cash from an employee on January 12, 2015 at 8 a.m. During the robbery, the suspect pushed a customer, who is pictured below, before taking undisclosed property and fleeing the store on foot.
 
Detectives would like to speak to the witness, who has a tattoo on the back of his neck, about the robbery.    
 
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
