NCPD: Levittown Man Busted After Shoplifting at Local 7-Eleven, Scuffling with Employee

The Seventh Squad reports the arrest of a Levittown man for a Robbery that occurred on Friday, March 1, 2024 at 12:08 am in Massapequa.
 
According to Detectives, Defendant Kevin McKenna, 33, of 15 Vista Lane, walked into 7-11 located at 4222 Sunrise Highway. The defendant selected various items and concealed them in his pants pocket. An employee confronted the defendant and a struggle ensued. The defendant then proceeded to pass all points of purchase and exit the store without rendering payment. 
 
Subsequent to the investigation, Officers located the defendant nearby and placed him under arrest without incident. No injuries were reported.
 
Defendant Kevin McKenna is charged with Robbery 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Friday, March 1, 2024 at First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
