Roslyn Heights, NY - March 5th, 2014 - The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Fatal Vehicular Accident that occurred on Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 1:15 AM in Roslyn Heights.

According to detectives, a 19 year old male victim was driving northbound Roslyn Road near Locust Lane, when he lost control of his 2004 Volkswagen Jetta.  The vehicle struck the curb and then a tree in the rear yard of an Oak Lane residence.

The driver Steven Clancy, 19, and his passenger Javier Gonzalez, 19, both from Mineola were pronounced deceased at 1:23 AM and 1:28 AM respectively by Nassau County Police Department AMT O’Keefe.

The investigation is ongoing.
