Pre-construction sales have begun at Country Pointe Preserve, a new condominium community in Yaphank being developed by the Beechwood Organization.
 
The community - set upon a 55-acre plot of land neighboring Beechwood's Country Pointe Meadows at The Boulevard development - is comprised of 152 condos that are mainly aimed at buyers aged 55 and over, although 30 of the units will be made available buyers of any age.
 
Pricing runs from $600,000 for villas and $800,000 for townhomes, with two and three-bedroom floorplans that range in size from 1,114 to 2,389 square feet.
 
Condos boast vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, first-floor master bedrooms and private patios, and numerous high-end amenities available to residents include a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse with an outdoor pool, cardrooms, a game room, a bar and lounge, a fitness center and a pickleball pavilion. 
 
Development of Country Pointe Preserve is currently ongoing, and the initial batch of condos are slated to be ready for owners to move into them by the end of 2025.
