7 Gerard opened earlier this year to offer Huntington what they tout as healthy, flavor-forward New American meals in an open, welcoming, modern space.
Co-owner and local interior designer Eileen Kathryn Boyd brought her unique sense of style to the newly renovated restaurant. Paintings were commissioned exclusively for the space and the space is adorned and decorated with art. On Facebook the restaurant highlights some of the pieces including magenta paintings by NYC-based artist Kerry Irvine in their alcove bar. They also commissioned Harrison Angevine to decorate the walls leading to their restrooms with hand lettered words from their menu.

Thomas C., of Massapequa Park, gave it high praise on Yelp.
“I, and several others, started with the Eggplant Meatballs ($14). The verdict was unanimous. They were superb,” he wrote. “Every diner was happy with this restaurant…. In a town filled with restaurants, 7 Gerard is a cut above. Something every new kid in town would hope to say.”
Paul B, of Huntington wrote “7G is the hottest new restaurant on the island - fantastic food and an elegant space with a fun, creative vibe.”
