Farmingdale, NY - March 8, 2017 - The Homicide Squad is investigating a Fatal Vehicular Accident that occurred on Wednesday, March 08, 2017 at 2:39 pm in Farmingdale.

According to detectives, a tractor trailer collided into a vehicle a Rav 4 on Route 109 and Main Street.  The passenger of the vehicle, Byron I. Unda, 28, of Bay Shore, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
