Quickway Japanese Hibachi is proud to announce the signing of a long-term lease at 909 Broadhollow Road, Farmingdale, NY in the Republic Plaza Shopping Center.
Quickway Japanese Hibachi is a quick-service concept in which the food is cooked to order on an open grill in full view of the customer. They offer chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu or salmon dishes, as well as choices of salads, sides, and sushi, all prepared from fresh ingredients and homemade sauces.
The new 2,500 square foot restaurant will be the very first Quickway Japanese Hibachi on Long Island. Quickway currently operates over 50 locations in Maryland and Virginia, and have recently announced an upcoming location in Brooklyn, NY.
Quickway Japanese Hibachi will be joining a host of popular quick-service and full-service restaurants at Republic Plaza, such as Chili’s, Panera Bread, Chipotle Mexican Grill, The Halal Guys, and Burger Village. Bank of America and AAA also inhabit the shopping center, which is anchored by a 220,000 square foot Walmart Supercenter.
The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of Breslin Realty.
