Long Island, NY - March 13, 2017 - Senator John Brooks (SD-8) is cautioning residents in anticipation of the severe snowstorm projected to hit Nassau and Suffolk counties tonight into Tuesday evening. Frigid temperatures and high winds will make for hazardous road conditions. 

"My office has been in contact with emergency services as well as state, county and town government offices in anticipation of the storm," said Senator Brooks. “In case of an immediate emergency, call 911. If you are unable to get an issue resolved, don’t hesitate to call my office. We are here to help," concluded Senator Brooks.
