The Fifth Precinct Detail / Problem Oriented Police (POP) Unit reports the arrest of an Elmont man for Criminal Mischief that occurred on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 1:12 pm in Franklin Square.
According to Police, officers while on routine patrol observed an unknown subject wearing a face mask spray-painting graffiti on a storage container located at 550 Franklin Avenue. After a thorough investigation, officers determined that the defendant Treston T. Isaacs Jr, 28, of 120 Savoy Avenue was responsible for spray-painting “506 OMM” and “516 OMM” on various places throughout Nassau County. He was placed under arrest without incident.
Defendant Treston T. Isaacs Jr is charged with Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree, Possession of Graffiti Instruments, Making Graffiti and Nassau County Local Law 1-2024 Title 90 - Mask Transparency Act. He was released on an Appearance Ticket returnable on Thursday, March 27, 2025 to First District Court, 99 Main Street, Hempstead.
