The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will begin as snow, then change to a wintry mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain during the Thursday morning commute. Temperatures will gradually rise above freezing changing the precip to plain rain by late morning.
