Suffolk County Police Arrested Three People for Selling Alcohol to a Minor

Arrests were made in three separate Bay Shore and Brentwood stores.

Update - May 8, 2014 - Alfaro was arraigned on May 7. He is being held on $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond.
 
Orginal Press Release - Brentwood, NY - March 15, 2014 - Suffolk County Police today arrested three people for selling alcohol to a minor in three separate Bay Shore and Brentwood stores.
 
Third Precinct Crime Section officers conducted State Liquor License Inspections at seven locations in Brentwood and Bay Shore this afternoon.
 
The following people were charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st Degree:
  • Sandy Victoriano-Hernandez, 30, of Brentwood, employed by Compruebe Mini Market, located at 1113 Suffolk Ave., Brentwood
  • Maria Samayoa, 29, of Brentwood, employed by Village Market, located at 920 Suffolk Ave., Brentwood
Rosa Alfaro, 36, of Bay Shore, employed by Danny’s Deli, located at 1579 Fifth Ave., Bay Shore, was charged with a State Liquor Violation.
 
Samayoa and Alfaro were issued Field Appearance Tickets and released. Victoriano-Hernandez will be held overnight at the Third Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on March 16.
