Tap your inner artist at these great art classes across Long Island! Whether you’re an advanced painter or just beginning your artistic journey, Long Island has plenty of places for every medium and every level of artist from figure drawing to photography.

 

  • Jeff Brennan Art Class at Nostalgia - 5 Hour Class taught by Jeff Brennan, the animator of Courage the Cowardly Dog, Dragon Tales, The Real Ghostbusters, and More. Where: Nostalgia, 380 N Wantagh Ave, Bethpage. When: Sat, Mar 23, 2024, 1-6pm.
  • Printganza Live Art and Printmaking Event - LTV Studios will host Printaganza a live art and printmaking event from Friday, March 22 through Sunday, March 24. The event will consist of a magical line up of well over 70 enthusiastic, talented and important local artists, gathering together to create their own work at the three day event. Where: LTV Studios, 75 Industrial Road, Wainscott. When: Mar 22, 2024 through Mar 24, 2024 (daily).
  • Art classes for Kids - KIDS Art instruction for children ages 4 to 16. Where: The Tiny Artist Studio, 129 New York Ave, Massapequa. When: Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday through April 30th, 4-6pm.
  • Beginner and Advanced In-Person Art Classes - Learn the basics while having fun. Where: Project Space Gallery and Studio of the Teaching Studios of Art, 98 Audrey Ave, Oyster Bay. When: Ongoing.
  • Art League of Long Island Class - The Art League of Long Island offers classes and workshops in a variety of mediums throughout the year. Programs in Drawing & Painting, Watercolor, Printmaking, Pastel, Sculpture, Jewelry, Ceramics, Photography, as well as ongoing Open Studios and more for Adults, Teens, and Children.
