TRAVEL ADVISORY: Overnight Lane Closures on the Northbound Sagtikos State Parkway in the Town of Islip

Closures are scheduled to take place Sunday through Thursday nights from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning for approximately one month, weather permitting.

The New York State Department of Transportation is advising motorists of single lane closures on the northbound Sagtikos State Parkway between the Southern State Parkway and Exit S3 (Pine Aire Drive) in the Town of Islip, Suffolk County, beginning on Wednesday, March 26, to facilitate concrete pavement repairs.  Additionally, one lane on the Exit 41A ramps from the eastbound and westbound Southern State Parkway to the northbound Sagtikos State Parkway will be closed.  Closures are scheduled to take place Sunday through Thursday nights from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. the following morning for approximately one month, weather permitting.
