AIR QUALITY ALERT IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has issued an Air Quality Health Advisory for the following areas: All five boroughs of New York City, and Westchester, Rockland, Nassau, and Suffolk counties. Until 11 PM EDT this evening. Air quality levels in outdoor air are predicted to be greater than an Air Quality Index value of 100 for the pollutant of Ground Level Ozone. The New York State Department of Health recommends that individuals consider limiting strenuous outdoor physical activity to reduce the risk of adverse health effects. People who may be especially sensitive to the effects of elevated levels of pollutants include the very young, and those with preexisting respiratory problems such as asthma or heart disease. Those with symptoms should consider consulting their personal physician. A toll free air quality hotline has been established so New York residents can stay informed on the air quality situation. FBI Seeks Public Assistance Locating Antoine Burroughs, Who is Wanted on Federal Criminal Charges

Burroughs faces federal criminal charges for his alleged involvement in the attempted robbery of a man in Queens, New York.

New York, NY - March 21, 2014 - FBI agents are looking for the public’s assistance in locating Antoine Burroughs, aka “Butter” or “Youngblood.” The FBI has just released a wanted poster for him, available at the conclusion of this release. Burroughs faces federal criminal charges for his alleged involvement in the attempted robbery of a man in Queens, New York. Burroughs was last known to be in Harlem. He is believed to have family and friends in Harlem and the Bronx.
 
Burroughs is 25 years old, is 6’1” tall, and weighs approximately 180 to 190 pounds. He has a prominent mole on his right cheek.
 
According to the allegations in the superseding indictment unsealed on March 18, 2014, in Manhattan federal court and on other documents in the public record: On September 9, 2009, Burroughs and his accomplice, Leon Whitfield, attempted to rob an individual named Bartolomeo Antoniello at his home in Queens, New York. Burroughs and Whitfield were targeting the cash proceeds of Antoniello’s pizza shop. Antoniello’s son, Gerardo Antoniello, was home at the time and attempted to protect his father. During the struggle, Gerardo Antoniello was shot in the head and died later of his injuries. He was 29 years old.
 
Burroughs is charged with one count of robbery conspiracy and one count of attempted robbery, which each carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison; one count of discharging a firearm, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison and a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison; and one count of murder, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison or death. Whitfield was arrested on March 18, 2014, by FBI agents.
