Long Island Nets to Host Women’s Impact Game on Tuesday, March 29 at Nassau Coliseum

LI Nets will honor New York Liberty during game and host a pregame panel featuring notable women in the sports industry.

The Long Island Nets, NBA G League affiliate of the Brooklyn Nets, will celebrate Women’s History Month by hosting their annual Women’s Impact Game on Tuesday, March 29 at Nassau Coliseum at 7 p.m. The LI Nets will honor the New York Liberty, sister team of the Brooklyn Nets, throughout the evening by wearing co-branded jerseys, showcasing in-game performances from the Liberty’s Timeless Torches and distributing co-branded fan giveaways.
 
Additionally, the LI Nets will host a pre-game panel discussion featuring notable women in the sports industry. The conversation will focus on overcoming adversity and obstacles, and panelists include New York Liberty CEO, Keia Clarke, WSLAM creator Camille Buxeda, Melanie Littlejohn, Vice President, National Grid, and Dr. Holly Johnson, Hospital for Special Surgery. The panel will begin at 5:30 p.m. and is open to all ticket holders.
 
Media are invited to attend both the pregame panel discussion and the Women’s Impact Game.
