The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Merrick man for Criminal Possession of Computer Material on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 3:55 p.m. in East Garden City.

East Garden City, NY - March 31st, 2016 - The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a Merrick man for Criminal Possession of Computer Material on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 3:55 p.m. in East Garden City.
 
According to detectives, Juan Munoz, 33, of James Street, while employed by ICC Mortgage as a supervisor loan officer, sent emails containing data including names, addresses, loan numbers and other data to himself on a personal email account. 
 
On March 11, 2016 Munoz was fired from his job. On March 30, 2016 he was placed under arrest without incident at 990 Stewart Avenue.
 
Munoz is charged with Criminal Possession of Computer Material and will be arraigned on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at First District Court in Hempstead.
