The Homicide Squad reports the details of a Serious Vehicular accident that occurred on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at 3:33 a.m. in Garden City.
According to Detectives, a 37-year-old male, operating a 2016 BMW, was traveling westbound on First Street when he lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree. The male driver suffered severe trauma and was transported to a local hospital where he is in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
