Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad detectives are investigating the stabbing death of a man that occurred in East Patchogue.
Police responded to a report of a fight in an apartment complex, located at 9 Pondview Drive, on Sunday, March 30 at approximately 8 p.m. Prior to police arrival, Justin Evans, who was stabbed in the neck during the fight, was transported in a private vehicle to NYU Langone Hospital – Suffolk.
Evans, 22, of Bay Shore, was pronounced dead a short time later.
