The First Squad reports on a Shots Fired that occurred on Friday, April 7, 2023 at approximately 1:00 AM in Freeport.
According to the Detectives, Police Officers responded to a Shot Spotter activation at Frederick Avenue where two unknown subjects fired multiple gunshots into an occupied residence before fleeing on foot westbound on Frederick Avenue. No injuries were reported, no further description of the subjects is available at this
time. The investigation is ongoing.
