Hicksville, NY - April 10th, 2015 - The Second Squad reports the arrest of two Westbury men for Burglary that occurred on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 9:38 p.m. in Hicksville.
According to detectives, Second Precinct Officers responded to a call for a burglary at a 14th Street residence and upon their arrival they discovered the rear door had been broken. Upon entering the home they discovered property had been removed from the basement and left on a rear deck. Nassau County Canine unit responded and located Christopher Chevalier (pictured right), 19 of Powells Lane hiding outside a nearby home where he was placed under arrest.
A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Milson Guevara, 18 of Dartmouth Street who was located and placed under arrest at this residence. All proceeds were recovered.
Both defendants are charged with Burglary 2nd degree and will be arraigned on Friday, April 10, 2015 at First District Court in Hempstead.
