HIA-LI, a leading voice for Long Island business and a catalyst for regional economic growth, will present its 37th Annual Business Trade Show and Conference on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Suffolk County Community College’s Suffolk Credit Union Arena in Brentwood. Returning for the third consecutive year as Presenting Sponsor is Sands New York.
The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and remains Long Island’s largest B2B trade show, featuring over 375 exhibitors and drawing more than 5,000 business professionals, including a high concentration of upper-level decision-makers.

Executive Programming
The day begins at 8:00 a.m. with the Executive Breakfast, featuring Google’s Harris Beber, Global Head of Marketing for Google Workspace. Recently recognized by Forbes as one of the nation’s top marketing executives, Beber will present: “Demystifying AI: What it is, What it Isn’t, and Why it Matters for Your Business.” This ticketed session requires advance registration and early arrival is recommended.
The Executive Luncheon, titled: “Economic Development: Reshaping Long Island’s Landscape,” takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Moderated by Marc Herbst, Executive Director of the Long Island Contractors’ Association, the seminar will feature opening remarks by Suffolk County Executive Ed Romaine. Panelists include:

- Joe Campolo, Managing Partner, Campolo, Middleton & McCormick, LLP; HIA-LI Board Member

Topics to be discussed include major revitalization and infrastructure projects such as Belmont Park Village, Station Yards, Sands Resort, the Brookhaven National Laboratory Electron-Ion Collider, and the Long Island Innovation Park at Hauppauge. Panelists will explore how these developments are reshaping Long Island’s economic landscape and impacting regional business growth. This is a ticketed session and requires advance registration.
Breakout Sessions and Trade Show Talks
New in 2025 are “Trade Show Talks,” 20-minute no-cost seminars happening directly on the trade show floor. These quick, high-impact sessions will feature insights from regional leaders and experts on topics such as artificial intelligence, networking strategies, workplace wellness, and business development.
In addition, HIA-LI continues its tradition of free 60-minute breakout sessions on business-critical topics such as:
